High Visibility Crosswalks, Increase Signal Timing, Pedestrian Refuge Islands, Etc.) Enforcement - The Oakland Police Department Through The Enhancement Of Its Traffic Division Will Focus On Traffic Enforcement To The Most Dangerous Traffic Behaviors. Enforcement Combined With Education Can Reduce Pedestrian Collissions.Education -The City Of Oakland, Along With Private Companies And Non-Profits, Can Develop A Targeted Education Program To Train Professional Drivers Through Collision Prevention Courses.
