    While this is a good step, it is not enough. The total funding needed the Rapid Response project was closer to $3m and the city was asked for $1.3M. The SF Foundation has agreed to match up to $750k, please match them. The City has emergency reserves and this is an emergency.

    It is important for Oakland to support those most vulnerable, especially unaccompanied minors that are here fleeing violent conditions back home.
