Given the ridiculous PROVEN DEVELOPMENT cost of Affordable Housing,.. And the fact we have 100 People displaced, & 40 people lost due to disservice... Take that $18M in AC A1 Bonds, Match it with Oakland 2016 Community Mortgage of 600M. BUY present homes and serve these people directly. These Developments and the continued raping of resources are a disservice to the people under the freeways, on the Islands places TODAY. This is your Council now. IT IS TIME TO BE MAJOR LEAGUE. The NFL, & NBA say Oakland is not.
Are they Correct? To stand up & preach there is not effective. I hope this is.
