I strongly support the work to IMMEDIATELY sanction the identified public land, support unsheltered residents to move to their preferred locations, work to establish safe & sanitary living conditions, and cease citing unsheltered residents in encampments or vehicles. Funding should go towards encampment residents and the provision of sanitation services & social services -- as identified by directly-impacted residents, advocates, and HAWG -- NOT towards OPD.
