    Didn't the Coliseum Development Fund Lend $3,050,000.00 was Loaned to the Unity Council for Use of the senior Room at Fruitvale Transit Village from 2023~2057. Knowing there was Zero rental before, paid By City. This Money went to Pay $545,000.00 back to Neighborworks America for Misused Funds. Paid off Fruitvale development Loan to Unity council $820,000.00 Loan. ("The Holding Company"). So $!,365,000.00 is used for"?". $1,5 Million as "Refundable Boot Loan", in Following Tax Year. The only thing accountable for really was the $200,000.00 Administrative Fee...And People ask Why City of Oakland has Money Troubles.
