They Have Tripled Thier Rental Portfolio on the backs of the Oakland Homeless in the Covid Lockdowns. PPP, et al. Forgivable Loans, More Need, More Greed. Policies their Own don't Follow... Eliminating costs of Steel Frames by eliminating Parking in 100 Yr Projects. Does this Benefit Oakland. Nah, Just the Greedy Developers. There are at Least 3 Private for Profits doing really linked to this Oakland Non profit Creation House. When these 500+ People Move in... Where are They going to Park?
