3 23-0518 Subject: Long Term License Agreement And State Grant For Peralta Hacienda Activities From: Parks, Recreation And Youth Development Recommendation: Adopt The Following Pieces Of Legislation: 1) A Resolution Authorizing The City Administrator To (1) Apply For, Accept And Appropriate Grant Funds From The State Of California Department Of Parks And Recreation Habitat Conservation Fund Program In The Amount Of $200,000 For Youth Wildlife Activities, And (2), Enter Into A Grant Agreement With Friends Of Peralta Hacienda Historical Park In The Amount Of $200,000 For Use Of The Grant Funds To Provide Youth Wildlife Activities For A Four Year Grant Term; And
