My name is mariesa. I would love to attend but I am a working parent with 2 children attending OUSD and they areboth asleep. I do not childcare. One of my children is in SPED. I support my Oakland community and schools. We give money to support our Oakland schools because we want to be part of positive change. Neurodivergence makes mornings extra difficult for children. I am frustrated that I cannot predict how long it will take me to drop my children off and make it to work. I am frustrated that my voice has been drowned out by the elite. I am frustrated my children do not have a stop light and a crossing guard to protect them. Please grant the appeal of the NSC.
