    I want to speak about this. The Tidewater Development at Moxy has violations of hotel development ordinances.

    Please do not compromise our city's pro-housing designation. There is no reason to uphold this appeal and prevent necessary housing from being built. I ask that the Mayor reject the appeal of the 1431 Franklin Street residential project.
