5.12 24-0290 Subject: Oakland Alameda Access Project: Freeway Agreement, Façade Improvements, And Other Agreements From: Transportation Department Recommendation: Adopt The Following Pieces Of Legislation: 1) A Resolution Authorizing The City Administrator To Execute A Superseding Freeway Agreement With The California Department Of Transportation For State Highway Route 880 (I-880) Consistent With The Improvements Delivered By The Alameda County Transportation Commission And California Department Of Transportation's Oakland Alameda Access Project; And
