I wanted to thank, the city of Oakland, for their work, on the future of MacArthur Blvd technology infrastructure issues.
It was an item, at the 11:30 a.m. meeting, today.
I really like the term used, for this project - ' as a holistic approach, to community public safety.'
It seems this would be - that many people & ideas, from the Oakland community, may have been involved, in the technology infrastructure, that is being built, along MacArthur Blvd.
As this will be a project, with not only, new underground fiber optics, smart street lights, and technological know how -

But I am hoping, important open, accountable & transparent public policies, for all of this neighborhood technology, is also being developed, for this project.
And from this, fear, confusion, & subterfuge, with tech, can be greatly reduced. And for the everyday public, to be able, to better ask questions, of Oakland city govt, about this technology, it's placement, and its public policies.
Open public policies, accountability, and trusted dialogue, are simply the ways to end, and to leave, the building towards continual war.
And to better consider the ideas, of open participatory democracy, and positive community sustainability.
I feel these are the concepts, of building towards, holistic public safety practices.
