Tax the drug dealers on the street just like the MJ clinics. Use the money to cleanup the trash and blight in Oakland. Also make these folks pay social security and medicare tax.

As a West Oakland Homeowner, I recommend that all the active illegal drug dealers, prostitutes , cars sales, and auto repair businesses to get a business license and state board equalization number to pay their fair share of taxes to help cleanup the trash and blight in the the City.
